Our store is staffed entirely by volunteers, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Orders containing more than one item may be shipped separately. Orders from outside the UK may be posted using the International Economy (surface mail) service.
Non-UK customers are advised that they may have to pay import VAT, customs’ duties and handling fee in the receiving country, to comply with local regulations, before collection/delivery of their order can take place.
