Jeanis an FCA and PRA approved non-executive director. She previously sat on the board of a UK subsidiary of an overseas systemic financial services company and previously also of a UK subsidiary of a European headquartered Bank which was sold and is now a standalone UK Challenger Bank. Jean chairs audit committees and is/has been a member of risk, remuneration corporate governance and nomination committees. She chaired a Regulatory Projects Committee and was member of a business operations and oversight committee. Jean was formerly a senior PwC corporate tax partner dealing predominantly with financial services companies (mainly but not exclusively banks) of all sizes ie both FTSE 100 and 350 to UK branches of overseas banks, covering audits but also in an advisory capacity dealing with products, structuring, business change etc.
